About the Journal
JENTERA Law Journal is published by the academic community and researchers at the Indonesia Jentera School of Law (Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Indonesia Jentera) and the Indonesian Center for Law and Policy Studies (Pusat Studi Hukum dan Kebijakan Indonesia – PSHK). This journal focuses on issues related to legal and policy reform in Indonesia. Since its first publication in 2017, JENTERA has served as a key reference for information and analysis on Indonesian law and policy, utilizing a more accessible and engaging language style.
JENTERA aims to foster interest in legal and policy reform in Indonesia. It publishes research and studies by academics, practitioners, legal observers, and government authorities from Indonesia and abroad.
