27 YEARS OF LEGAL REFORM: A LEAP FORWARD OR A STEP BACK?

Jentera: Jurnal Hukum invites academics, researchers and legal practitioners to submit manuscripts for a special edition evaluating Indonesia's legal reform journey after 27 years of reform. Has legal reform achieved significant progress, or has it regressed?

We welcome manuscripts focusing on the following aspects of legal reform:
1. Constitutional Law and Legisprudence;
2. Criminal Law 
3. Civil & Business Law

Manuscripts may address one or more of the above aspects. We encourage contributions based on critical legal analysis and research.

Publication: July 2025

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Manuscripts must be submitted via the official portal: jurnal.jentera.ac.id

Each manuscript will undergo a double-blind review process to ensure academic quality.

Manuscripts are preferably in English, but those in Indonesian may also be considered.
